• Premiums are paid just once a month through your choice of Monthly Direct Billing or automatic bank draft (ACH) payments.

The main focus of any dental plan is on preventative and routine dental care, and all of our Plans cover preventative and routine care, including x-rays and cleanings, at 100% regardless of the dentist that you choose.
